Coming soon
Discipline and a Morning Routine
A morning routine for discipline that anyone with a job can keep. Coming soon, with a simple first version you can try tomorrow.
- Trigger
Notice the hour or feeling that starts the habit.
- Routine
Name the habit in one word. Do not dress it up.
- Reward
Decide the first ten minutes you will do instead.
A morning routine for discipline fails when it needs a perfect life. You do not need a five-step ice bath. You need a start that happens before the phone gets a vote.
This track is coming soon. It will be short practices for waking, making the bed, a few minutes of Scripture or quiet, and getting out the door without a scroll.
You can borrow the shape now. Pick a wake time you can hit four days this week. Put the phone in another room before you sleep. When the alarm goes off, stand up and do one chore before you sit. That is the whole prototype.
If nights are the leak, start the open course: identity and a clean slate. A morning routine on top of a wrecked night will not hold.
Lessons for this track are not published yet. You can take the free check, read the 30-day reset, or start the open track, break free from porn.
